When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed with any shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM UTC on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Mahrole via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Mahrole does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery.
Duties & Taxes
Mahrole cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Mahrole, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another one, please place a new order and email our customer care team at service@mahrole.com for assistance in returning your existing order.
